Return Policy

1. Return Period: Customers have 30 consecutive days after delivery to process a return.

2. Item Condition: Merchandise returned must be unused, folded neatly in original packaging, safety liners/tags intact, and no signs of wear or usage. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise sent back to us that does not follow these guidelines.

Processing a Return

To process a return, please email us at hello@insolette.com and we would be happy to process your request and offer you free returns on all your orders.

We will send return packages using a tracked shipping method. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
